Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program provides transportation for Medicaid recipients to non-emergent Medicaid providers. The Preble County resident must be eligible for Medicaid to use NET transportation. Transportation is provided to advance scheduled destinations with the county and areas within a 50 mile radius. All transportation appointments are made with the contracted transportation provider.

Provides transportation for Preble County residents to the following providers: Cherry Street Clubhouse, Gebhart Counseling Solutions, Preble County TASC, Recovery & Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio, Samaritan Behavior Health, Sojourners Residential Treatment Center. The transportation services are provided by the following Preble County Agencies: Preble County Job & Family Services, Preble County Council on Aging or Community Action Partnership (CAP).

PREBLE COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

Provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) funded through Medicaid Waiver.  Transportation  is funded and provided through contract transportation providers in Preble County: L&M Products, Your Happy Place, CLW New Paris and Preble County Council on Aging.

Provides transportation to VA required medical appointments.  Forty-Eight advanced notice is required to ensure you get to your scheduled appointment on time.  All transportation is made through contracted transportation providers.

CATHOLIC SOCIAL SERVICES

Ride Link is a call center designed to link adults in Champaign, Darke, Miami, Shelby and Preble County with  transportation options that meet their needs and their ability to pay. Ride Link call center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Callers are encouraged to plan ahead, as 24 hour notice is required for most transportation providers.
